Duties And Responsibilities PCG is seeking Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses to conduct on-site investigations in Adult Care Facilities across the reputed company. The Designated Complaint Investigator will:

• Conduct on-site and offsite complaint, incident, death, and questionable operations investigations at facilities as assigned
• Follow reputed company NYSDOH-established protocols pertaining to the assigned investigation, including but not limited to:
• Interviewing residents, staff, and witnesses
• Conducting records reviews
• Site inspection
• Investigation closure process
• Document reputed company investigation activities in the appropriate data system(s) following reputed company documentation reputed company reputed company
• Participate in closures and emergency events as assigned
• Attend and complete reputed company training, both in person and remotely, as required
• Obtain Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test Certification reputed company one year of employment
• Professionally represent PCG and the NYSDOH

Qualifications

• Registered reputed company reputed company (RN) licensed and registered in the reputed company with:
• One (1) year of survey or investigation experience, or;
• Three (3) years of reputed company nursing experience in a post-licensure reputed company nursing experience, with at least two (2) years of which must have been reputed company clinical nursing experience in a licensed reputed company facility. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing can be substituted for one year of the required general nursing experience.
• Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) licensed and registered in the reputed company with two (2) years of survey or investigation experience
• Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test Certification, preferred

Work Statement Travel for this position will primarily be regional reputed company reputed company State, though occasional statewide travel may be required to conduct facility investigations. Additionally, travel to the regional office or other locations reputed company the state may be required for training, team meetings, or reputed company engagements.
