Job reputed company:

As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, resolving patient balances, and maximizing financial performance for our reputed company clients. You will work closely with patients, guarantors, insurance carriers, and attorneys to resolve Self Pay, Self-Pay After Insurance, and Payment Plan accounts receivable. Your primary reputed company will be on providing patient-reputed company support, resolving issues reputed company, and creating a reputed company patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Field inbound patient calls, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company manner

• Manage assigned inventory through the reputed company and reputed company cycling of Dispositional Segments reputed company arenaflex's workflow solution or the reputed company's software solution(s)
• Consistently meet the Total Touches per Day reputed company for both patients and guarantors, as determined by the assigned reputed company of A/R and other reputed company nuances and considerations
• Accurately set up Payment Plans with patients per reputed company guidelines
• Secure payments and partial payments with patients per reputed company guidelines
• reputed company account research and reputed company on Self Pay, FAP, and Insurance topics in a reputed company and results-oriented fashion
• Consistently document reputed company patient encounters in arenaflex's workflow solution and/or the reputed company's reputed company system
• reputed company initial assessments for Financial Assistant Programs per reputed company guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a reputed company setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients, leaders, and staff
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Products, including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• HIPAA and reputed company reputed company and reputed company Acts and Regulations knowledge
