As a Project Manager, Global Customer Care, you will be responsible for leading reputed company that drive operational reputed company and innovation across our organization. This is a hybrid position, and you will be reputed company to work from home two days per week. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple reputed company simultaneously, and driving results-oriented reputed company that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, Global Customer Care, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: reputed company the development of project charters and management plans, reputed company and manage project teams, and evaluate tradeoffs reputed company the project.
• Stakeholder Management: Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope, review with manager for approval, and create detailed Work Breakdown Structures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree: Required
• 4+ years of Project Management Experience: Required
• Demonstrated Experience: Managing or leading reputed company of varying complexity through the full project lifecycle.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools such as reputed company Project, reputed company, or other tools highly preferred.
• Certification: Certification in Project Management, CAPM, or PMP preferred.
