As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our reputed company to resolve patient inquiries, answer medication-reputed company questions, and reputed company support with prescription refills and other medical services. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

• Essential web browsing skills, including:

• Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing files

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
