[Remote] BIM Support Specialist (CAD Drafter)

As a BIM Support Specialist (CAD Drafter), you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of reputed company documentation and CAD content, while providing technical support and collaborating on reputed company from design to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company record drawings to ensure they reputed company with reputed company standards and project-specific scope and discipline requirements
• Conduct thorough reputed company control checks to confirm completeness and compliance of record documents, CAD content, and map integrations
• Under the general supervision of the BIM reputed company, support the integration of record documents into a master reputed company following reputed company-specific CAD drafting standards
• reputed company additional CAD drafting support for non-reputed company reputed company where record documents aren’t available
• Generate SLM drawings and .jpg images for LenelS2 map integration
• Upload maps to reputed company software and configure interactive maps with programmed devices
• Create and maintain Gap Reports to communicate unresolved issues reputed company during device placement and integration processes
• Maintain complete and reputed company project files and documentation
• Other duties as assigned, including supporting basic design tasks, developing basic reputed company floor layouts, and preparing system drawings
• Deliver reputed company (Tier 1) technical support, primarily reputed company on map integration and record document archiving
• Support record document review for unintegrated reputed company and assist in reconciling issues reputed company with appropriate parties
• Work collaboratively with the BIM reputed company on reputed company from design to closeout

Skills

• 2+ years of AutoCAD experience in a reputed company environment required
• Associate degree, reputed company Certified reputed company, or relevant work experience
• Electronic reputed company experience with vendor-specific knowledge (Lenel, Software House CCure 9000, DMP, reputed company, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with LenelS2 OnGuard reputed company control/mapping is highly desirable
• Highly proficient in the use of reputed company Office software
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and work reputed company
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and balance workloads

• The ability to work Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm in your local time zone, with extended hours as needed, is required
