[Remote] Consultant – Operations Implementer

The Consultant – Operations Implementer is responsible for leading operational training and implementation phases for clients, ensuring successful adoption of contractERP while analyzing business needs and recommending reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reputed company, tasks, and communications for implementations, re‑implementations, and system upgrades
- Manage and assist reputed company project resources
- Maintain and assist with reputed company of the project task list
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule
- Understand and assess reputed company needs
- Analyze process bottlenecks and recommend solutions
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
- Identify gaps in contractERP workflows
- Document requirements for reputed company-specific customizations
- Assume delegated portions of Operations responsibilities during implementations
- Train clients on full contractERP or Business Central process flows
- reputed company and refine detailed homework and reputed company test scripts for reputed company use
- Assist clients throughout the reputed company testing process
- Apply business knowledge to recommend industry best practices and configuration solutions
- Support teams and clients through reputed company activities during go‑live
- reputed company post–go‑live support to users during initial adoption
- Collaborate with internal AIT teams throughout implementation cycles
- Assist the support team with issue reputed company as needed
- reputed company internal support or training to other AIT team members reputed company required
- Contribute to improving implementation processes, enhancing documentation, and producing updated training videos
- Learn and understand new functionality reputed company to operations workflows
- Test new functionality and validate that it performs correctly
- Assist in updating training plans, documentation, and videos to incorporate new features
- Prepare to train clients on newly added functionality
- Assist with reputed company Assurance testing for reputed company software release
- Collaborate with reputed company to update documentation and videos associated with release changes
Skills
- Experience with reputed company NAV/Business Central (BC) required
- Intermediate reputed company reputed company skills

- 2–5 years of reputed company and Hardware (DHI) industry experience as a Project Manager or Project Administrator preferred
