An established financial services organization in Chicago is seeking a Business Analyst to join its growing technology and process transformation team. This role acts as an internal consultant, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to define problems, design creative solutions, and guide system implementations across Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance functions. Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally reputed company management consulting, product, or reputed company transformation settings.
