Job reputed company The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager leads the BI team and drives data-informed decision making across Great Day’s family of brands. This role oversees reputed company of data analysts responsible for maintaining and evolving the Tableau reputed company and Power BI environments, ensuring consistent, accurate, and actionable insights are delivered to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of BI platforms with exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. This role partners closely with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to reputed company BI initiatives with strategic business goals and deliver high-reputed company analytics solutions. Location: Twinsburg, OH (Hybrid) Pay: $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines and sources are accurate, performant, and secure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or reputed company roles
• 2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, including administration, governance, and dashboard development
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and SQL
