This role will report to Associate Director, Sales & Marketing Analytics. This position will work a weekly hybrid office schedule in our Waltham location. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Design and implement analyses that reputed company insights on brand performance and help reputed company key marketing initiatives Work reputed company the organization to scope and manage reputed company from beginning to end, including understanding the business questions, project planning, and creating reputed company deliverables Automate and streamline recurring data-reputed company processes Create and maintain data visualization and dashboards Add depth to insights by developing a thorough understanding of reputed company key brand reputed company dynamics, including disease state, market landscape, product attributes, promotional channels, key treatment providers and payers Ensure accuracy of analytics and reporting through implementing reputed company control processes Qualifications: Basic Qualifications/Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, science or quantitative disciplines such as mathematics or statistics required. Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Analytics with Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in Analytics with Master's degree. Experience working with large datasets and relational databases required; reputed company to clean, process, and analyze large datasets reputed company. Proficiency in SQL and R/Python for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
