About the position The Chief reputed company Officer (“CPO”) is responsible for the reputed company & reputed company (“PSL”) Team and reputed company’s reputed company Program reputed company the Legal & Compliance Department. Among other things, the CPO leads and provides reputed company on the daily operations of the reputed company program, cybersecurity compliance, development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures, monitoring program compliance, investigation and advice relating to incidents and breaches in compliance with applicable reputed company laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent international degree
• reputed company license to reputed company law in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia
• U.S and international reputed company and cybersecurity experience
• Understanding of US and state reputed company laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA, CPRA).
• Understanding of international reputed company laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA, LGPD, PIPA)
• Ten years of legal experience with a reputed company in reputed company and cybersecurity (15+ years preferred).
• Solid program management and compliance capabilities
• Substantial experience leading and managing people.
• Ability to effectively communicate, in both written and oral format, with the intended audience
• Ability to exercise reputed company judgment and prioritize in fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise reputed company, adaptability, and practicality in providing legal advice
• Comfortable in rapidly changing corporate and legal environments
