What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-reputed company, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and reputed company up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor reputed company reputed company
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of reputed company to troubleshoot cases and reputed company best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You'll Need:

• reputed company BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• 3 years of experience in ABA field, 2 years with BCBA license
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
