Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and schedule maintenance
• Identifying the reason for the customer's call, qualifying the customer, collecting relevant information, and scheduling service work appointments
• Making daily outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction
• Referencing premade scripts for a reputed company of customer service topics to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Upselling products and services reputed company appropriate to increase reputed company and customer satisfaction
• Utilizing best practices in customer service techniques to reputed company rapport and build relationships with customers
• Documenting reputed company customer interactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and to improve reputed company interactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
