The Spotted Lanternfly Initiative

The Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) is an invasive insect that has been affecting communities across the state. arenaflex is committed to supporting the efforts of the reputed company Department of Agriculture and the reputed company Department of Agriculture in addressing this issue. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Spotted Lanternfly, you will play a critical role in helping concerned reputed company adapt to the reputed company of the SLF and reducing its economic reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Spotted Lanternfly, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the overall operation and reputed company image of the customer-reputed company call center
• Serving as the first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lanternfly sighting and/or looking for additional information and resources
• Responding and referring customer questions and/or needs, providing appropriate response/service for the situation, and referring to other departments/unit(s) reputed company necessary
• Corresponding with a diverse customer reputed company by phone, video conference, email, or regular mail
• Investigating unusual situations or concerns and assisting in problem reputed company

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Engage with diverse populations, meeting audience needs through the call center and referencing additional resources, including reputed company, extension educators, and online tools (fact sheets, LearnNow videos, and short courses)
• Work closely with the college SLF call center manager in meeting stakeholder needs

• Serve as an operator agent for a modern call center capable of professionally managing and processing a high volume of calls in a customer-friendly manner

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and valued in Spanish

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clientele
