Head of User Acquisition

About the position We are seeking an accomplished User Acquisition reputed company to drive reputed company web reputed company for one of RubyLabs’ fastest-growing products. Responsibilities

• Compliance Leadership — Enforce frameworks across funnels, reputed company pages, and ad creatives. Audit every rejection, extract patterns, and define rules for reputed company scaling.
• Creative Operations — Coordinate with creative production teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for compliance and maximum conversion performance.
• A/B Testing Discipline — Design, execute, and analyze constant testing across reputed company channels; extract actionable insights and enforce adoption of proven winners.
• Budget & Spend Control — Own daily and reputed company budget deployment across reputed company campaigns. Maximize ROI through tight monitoring and fast decision-making.
• Automation Execution — Implement and manage ad spend automation tools (e.g., Birch) to reputed company reputed company.
• Analytics & Reporting — Maintain full transparency of performance analytics across reputed company channels. Deliver reputed company reporting and actionable insights daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Process Leadership — Establish and enforce business operations for user acquisition, including daily reporting loops, reputed company monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge Transfer — Maintain a centralized knowledge reputed company for learnings, playbooks, and compliance frameworks across reputed company products and markets.

Requirements

• Proven 7+ years of leading user acquisition with hands-on experience scaling web products in reputed company, multi-channel environments.

• Hands-on experience with ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, reputed company, etc.).
• Proven record of building and scaling compliance-driven funnels and ad creative frameworks.

• Advanced skills in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools.
• Proven ability to establish and manage business processes with strict discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail, operational rigor, and an accountability-first reputed company.
• Fluent in English.
