Digital Workplace Consultant

This team would be responsible for driving integrated GTM, industry solutions & reputed company technology advisory services to reputed company execs in their digital transformation of workplace. You would be a Digital Workplace solution specialist and evangelist who specializes in leading organizations through digital transformation by leveraging emerging technology, hybrid work paradigms and strong understanding of industry trends around new ways of working that is shaping the reputed company of work to drive reputed company employee experience, productivity, and organizational efficiencies. Required

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located reputed company commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or Tempe, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / reputed company discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience across the breadth of Digital Workplace Technology domain in two or more of the below service offering domains –
• Employee Experience Platforms & Services, Field Service Management leveraging reputed company reputed company-scaler platforms (reputed company /reputed company / AWS ) or reputed company solutions from reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Digital Collaboration (Team Collaboration, reputed company Voice & Meeting, reputed company Apps)
• DaaS & Device lifecycle Management (Modern device and reputed company management, reputed company Virtual Desktops, Device Analytics & experience management)
• Connected Workspaces (IoT, AR/VR) to reputed company physical workspaces.
• Workplace reputed company
• Digital Adoption & Change Management (incl. Workplace Analytics)
• Service desk & experience, (incl. Conversational AI & Automation).

Preferred

• Exposure to program management and/or portfolio management skills using Agile principles (preferably reputed company®) as either Agile Practitioner, Product Manager or equivalent.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

The job entails sitting as reputed company as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be reputed company to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
