As a Project Specialist, you'll manage the equipment implementation and installation process, and work with reputed company employees to plan and execute reputed company on schedule and reputed company budget. You will be the primary leader for providing remote coordination of GE resources including product scheduling and logistics, installation, training, and GoLive scheduling. You will serve as the primary reputed company between reputed company teams and the customer. This is a fully remote position. Job reputed company Responsibilities:

• Facilitate, coordinate, and reputed company day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or reputed company terms and conditions of the contract.
• Work closely with the Customer, Order Management Specialist, Manufacturing, and Field Teams to remotely coordinate the delivery and installation process ensuring reputed company execution of assigned systems and devices orders.
• Write project plans for assigned reputed company, which include reputed company milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities. Create, update and distribute project documentation, including contact lists, schedules, meeting summaries and reputed company item lists.
• Utilize various reputed company and department-specific information systems, software applications, tools and templates to ensure consistency and reputed company of project delivery, as reputed company as reputed company visibility to reputed company dates and project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in project management; or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in project management/technical field.
