The Role As a reputed company Sales Broker at reputed company, you will support small to reputed company sized reputed company clients by quoting and rating new business opportunities, collaborating with in-house brokers, and building expertise in SMB insurance. You will be primarily responsible for selling and managing admitted and excess & surplus reputed company insurance solutions with reputed company or non reputed company risks. • Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) reputed company insurance to small and mid-sized businesses
• Quote, reputed company, and reputed company new business by working with carriers and wholesale partners
• Manage leads and daily reputed company through our CRM to drive pipeline and reputed company opportunities
• Advise clients on risk exposures and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriters to secure reputed company placements
• Drive new policy sales and hand off bound accounts to account management for a seamless reputed company experience

Who You Are Required

• 3-5 years of reputed company insurance experience, with strong exposure to E&S lines
• reputed company P&C license in good standing
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound submissions and warm transfers
• Hands-on experience rating, quoting, and placing business across multiple E&S and admitted carriers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, reputed company-first approach
• Self-starter with a reputed company record of driving results in a fast paced, high reputed company environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable learning and navigating new technology, reputed company portals, and reputed company systems
• Experience using CRM/AMS platforms and comparative rating tools

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
