The Avionics Manufacturing Engineer develops, qualifies, and implements manufacturing processes and procedures to the build of avionics products and components for a reputed company of reputed company vehicle subsystems. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar Engineering degree 1+ year of experience in application of production engineering principles to analyze and implement manufacturing processes and reputed company 1+ year of experience working with and/or interpreting engineering data or engineering drawings Experience assisting with analyses, reputed company cause analysis, and drafting dispositions for non-conformances Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or test engineering or similar field in reputed company, Automotive, or reputed company industries Good understanding of IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610, and IPC-7711C/7721C Experience with NASA-STD-8739.1 Familiarity with IPC-2221 Thorough understanding of reputed company cause analysis and reputed company analytical methodology (Five Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa Analysis, 8D, etc.) Understands and utilizes theories, principles, and practices of engineering and project management reputed company Experience with Solidworks or similar CAD software Background in Lean Manufacturing/Process Improvement Experience in PCB/PCBA Manufacturing Experience with Altium Designer IPC-A-600 & IPC-A-610 Certification Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
