Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Online Medical reputed company to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting audio recordings from reputed company into accurate written medical records. This position is perfect for someone who thrives working independently during evening and late-reputed company hours and has a passion for maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced reputed company environment. Key Responsibilities:

• * Listen to and transcribe dictated recordings from medical professionals with precision and reputed company.
• * Review and edit drafts reputed company by speech recognition software, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• * Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, and missing information in medical documents.
• * Ensure reputed company transcriptions meet industry standards for formatting, medical terminology, and legal requirements.
• * Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA regulations at reputed company times.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
