As a part-time Customer Experience Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading reputed company-end operations, and promoting a reputed company store environment. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and you'll be accountable for store conditions and results. Your expertise in retail management, customer service, and team leadership will be essential in driving sales reputed company, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a reputed company work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing and delivering effective reputed company-end operations and expectations

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs

• Participate in the performance management process, supporting Talent Development of your team

Physical Requirements

* Ability to remain standing for long periods of time

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits
