Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from customers in a reputed company and efficient manner, with an average of 100 inbound calls per day
• Assisting existing customers in resolving issues, providing service quotes for new customers, and establishing customer accounts
• Providing high-level customer service to retain customers and offer alternatives to cancellation requests
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, such as lock bars, casters, and reputed company fees
• Interacting with customers and arenaflex employees to determine service, resolve complaints, and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate level
• Serving as the customer's reputed company by solving problems on their behalf and engaging the right department and people reputed company arenaflex
• Supporting other service lines reputed company required
• Using the Tower system to reputed company information, reputed company information, and update customer records
• Completing cross-training with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Billing
