Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative at the Harrisburg Airport, you'll be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
• Providing superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
• Offering additional customer assistance, including directions, maps, local area information, and service information
• Answering incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, and providing information and reputed company for customers, other branches, and vendors
• Placing outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assisting with the assessment of rental vehicle condition upon return
• Notifying management of any reputed company customer or vehicle problems
• Continuously building knowledge and skills through on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored classroom training

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
• Authorization to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the reputed company
• A valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-reputed company conviction on your driving record in the past 3 years
• A high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
