[Remote] Technical Solutions Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing team of solutions engineers
- Conduct performance management, career development planning, and regular feedback cycles
- Set team culture, operating reputed company, and engineering standards from the ground up
- Partner with leadership on hiring plans, team structure, and long-term reputed company
- Work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-reputed company in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Translate evolving requirements into reputed company technical solutions and execution plans

Skills
- 8+ years in software engineering or released experience, including 4+ years managing engineers
- Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering reputed company reputed company
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture and system design

- Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, and agile practices
- Proven ability to operate both as an individual contributor and a technical guide/mentor
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools, specifically Claude (Level 3 or equivalent), including reputed company engineering, workflow integration, and practical application in a business or technical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable guidance for others
