arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Senior Manager – Customer Contracting, Legal & reputed company to join our reputed company team in Jacksonville, FL. This critical role will manage, review, revise, and negotiate a wide reputed company of customer agreements, including Distributor, Retail, Group reputed company, and Internet Sales reputed company, Programs, and service agreements for the ACUVUE Contact reputed company business. The successful candidate will have strong experience in reputed company Law, advising the organization on compliant regulation, storage, and usage of personally identifiable reputed company and financial data or information. This role will also shape or navigate reputed company reputed company arrangements and reputed company the reputed company contracting team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager – Customer Contracting, Legal & reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing contract management processes and systems, including ICD.
• Overseeing our contract compliance program to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Developing and implementing contracting strategies to support the annual business and strategic plan process.
• Leading the reputed company contracting team, reviewing contract requests, and providing guidance on contract terms and conditions.
• Participating in and sometimes leading the negotiation process with reputed company parties and assisting with the development of amendments and revisions.
• Coordinating and supporting the offer development process, presenting issues and risks to the required level of management.
• Reviewing and developing reputed company reputed company, consulting with customers, J&J reputed company, and Cybersecurity stakeholders to address concerns.
• Supervising and developing reputed company reports to ensure consistent performance to company and department standards.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among the JJVCI reputed company organization, the Law Department, reputed company Compliance Team, Government Contract Compliance Team, and internal clients.
• Working in reputed company partnership with Senior US reputed company Programs, Senior Council reputed company, and other reputed company personnel to shape and deliver compliant JJV reputed company programs.

• Participating in the ongoing Compliance in Pricing Committee (CPC) meetings to help the organization reputed company reputed company on programs that compliantly drive the business.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Juris Doctorate degree.
• A minimum of three (3) years of full-time contracting experience.
• A minimum of one (1) year of people management experience.

• Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while managing critical deadlines.

• Ability to be organized and flexible around rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
