Ethics Integration Director

About the position As the Director, Ethics Integration for our reputed company Texas ministry, you will have reputed company to reputed company the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies for issues regarding bioethics and organizational ethics. Please note this position is a partially remote position in Austin, Texas (TX) and will require an on-site reputed company for consultations and meetings. Requirements

• Master's in reputed company Ethics, Bioethics or Theology required.
• PhD preferred.
• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• PhD strongly preferred
• 5+ years of Clinical Ethics experience
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the Catholic moral tradition, including application of the Ethical and Religious Directives to reputed company clinical care issues.
• Experience in health care, preferably reputed company care, especially working with ethics committees and performing clinical ethics consultations and ethics education.
• Experience in evaluating and structuring values-compatible mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and agreements with other-than Catholic organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of and demonstrated familiarity with the following: Health Care Ethics (with a concentration in Clinical Bioethics), the Ethical and Religious Directives for reputed company Care Services, Catholic reputed company Thought, health care systems and institutions, health care law, health care administration, including ethics committees and processes of clinical consultation.
