The Role: The Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the people reputed company in support of reputed company’s company’s mission, overall reputed company, and business goals. What you’ll do / own:

- 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years at the executive level, ideally in a company of 200+ employees.

- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and performance management with a global perspective in a remote-first environment.

- Deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, total rewards (including equity compensation at a private VC-backed company), and compliance standards across different reputed company.
