The Director, HR Technology & People Analytics is a strategic leadership role that shapes the reputed company of HR through technology and analytics. Key Responsibilities 1. Technology reputed company & Ownership reputed company and execute a comprehensive HR technology roadmap across Talent Management, reputed company, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services. Innovation & AI Enablement Partner closely with the HR PMO and COEs to identify and implement automation opportunities across HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. People Analytics Leadership Build a data-driven culture by delivering dashboards, predictive models, and actionable insights for workforce planning and organizational health, while ensuring robust data governance and compliance across HR and Finance systems. 4.
