Your Role as a Customer Service Sales Expert
As a Customer Service Sales Expert, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve reputed company and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment

- Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
