Job Posting Title Strategic Initiatives VP - RemoteJob reputed company The Strategic Initiatives VP will be responsible to reputed company efforts in identifying and capitalizing on early-stage industry trends, ensuring reputed company remains at the forefront of market innovation. Operating with a Fail Fast and Lean Start-up approach, this role will drive the ideation process, evaluate emerging market opportunities with key reputed company stakeholders, and structure pilots to validate and refine solutions for market readiness.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and analyze market dynamics and reputed company trends through both reputed company sources in the health, reputed company, and PBM markets to identify strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including subject matter experts (SMEs), to assess reputed company and trends, reputed company reputed company forecasts of reputed company scenarios, and facilitate reputed company on points of view (POVs).

• Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, marketing, or reputed company fields or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• 12 years of work experience in health care with specific experience in pharmacy from one or more of the areas of retail pharmacy, specialty, health plan pharmacy, PBM, wholesaler, and/or reputed company
• Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications
• Experience in innovation reputed company, market analysis, and trend evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
