Backend Developer
reputed company is currently hiring a Backend Developer to manage a sustainment and enhancement project. This position will be full-time and fully remote reputed company the reputed company. The contract has not been awarded; this position remains unfunded and is contingent upon the award of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manages backend development for legacy modernization, sustainment, and enhancement for VA.gov.
- Assists with development planning of system and development deployment as reputed company as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
- Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program reputed company, reputed company requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
- Work alongside reputed company of reputed company end and back-end developers in a multi-project environment.
- Maintain high standards of reputed company reputed company reputed company by establishing good practices and habits.
- Work to diagnose and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

- Assist in the collection and documentation of user\'s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Assist BA team in preparing reports, manuals, operational procedures and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of the project.

- Proactively communicate and coordinate with various reputed company project stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
- Experience with Tech Stack Development
- Experience working with databases
- Experience working with reputed company
- Analytical and investigation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum Processes.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in a remote work environment.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with VA and/or other Federal Agencies.
- Understanding of the VA Veteran-reputed company Integration Process (VIP) project management methodology.
- Knowledge and experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
- Experience with Jira and reputed company
- Experience working reputed company the VA.gov platform, alongside OCTO
