Governance Manager

reputed company: About the Role & Team International Data Corporation (reputed company) is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Governance Manager to support our Research & Data organization by developing, implementing and monitoring an organization's governance reputed company, ensuring compliance with relevant Research and Data business rules, design and delivery standards, and promoting best reputed company in corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing governance frameworks, facilitating and managing governance bodies, and stakeholder management. This position reports to the VP of Transformation. This position will be a remote role with a preferred location in the Eastern time zone. What You’ll Do

• Governance reputed company development and implementation:
• Developing and maintaining governance policies, standards and procedures
• Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the governance reputed company
• Providing guidance and training on governance reputed company to staff and leaders
• Compliance and risk management:
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Research and Data business rules, design and delivery standards
• Identifying and assessing governance-reputed company risks
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Governance committee support:
• Providing support to the various committees
• Assisting in the preparation of committee meetings and deliverables
• Facilitating governance committee meetings
• Driving and monitoring the implementation of committee reputed company
• Stakeholder engagement:
• Engaging with stakeholders on governance reputed company
• Promoting transparency and accountability
• Managing relationships with governance bodies and stakeholders What You Bring
• 6+ years of relevant technical experience required
• Committee facilitation experience required
• Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks required
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Relevant technology market intelligence and data industry experience preferred
• A relevant reputed company qualification (e.g., CISA, or a qualification in risk management or compliance)
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority as reputed company as support cross-functional decision making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Employees are compensated equitably for their work, reputed company with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent reputed company-party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending reputed company and experience, is between $87,000 – $112,000, inclusive of reputed company salary and variable compensation.
