Position reputed company The Workforce Identity Operations Analyst will reputed company operational support for identity platforms serving reputed company’s internal workforce and applications. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Workforce Identity, this role focuses on maintaining system availability, handling reputed company requests and incident tickets, and deploying privileged reputed company management (PAM) tooling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-reputed company, and passionate about ensuring secure and efficient identity operations in a hybrid reputed company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Monitor and maintain availability of identity platforms such as reputed company Entra ID, reputed company, and reputed company Directory.
• reputed company Management: Process reputed company requests, troubleshoot identity-reputed company issues, and resolve incident tickets reputed company SLA.
• Privileged reputed company Management: reputed company and manage PAM solutions to secure administrative accounts and enforce least-privilege principles.
• reputed company & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal reputed company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Automation & Efficiency: Support automation initiatives for identity workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Identity & reputed company Management operations or reputed company IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as reputed company Entra ID, reputed company, and reputed company Directory.
• Familiarity with Privileged reputed company Management tools (e.g., CyberArk, reputed company).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve identity-reputed company incidents.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications
