Senior Project Finance Analyst

reputed company role will be responsible for building, owning, and executing financial models used to structure and reputed company Solar Fund transactions across tax equity, cash equity, and debt. Primary Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models for IGS' Solar Funds, including tax equity partnership structures, cash equity and debt facilities.

• Model deal economics from initial term sheet through final reputed company, incorporating pricing, yields, fees, reserves, covenants, funding mechanics, and timing assumptions.

• Use models to support negotiations, quantify tradeoffs, and recommend reputed company deal structures.

• Experience supporting renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance transactions.
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages to extract and validate data used in financial modeling and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret reputed company and financing documents with limited reliance on counsel.
• Experience with investor diligence processes and data room management.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics or reputed company business field.
