Job reputed company S&S Transportation & Sharing Economy is seeking an reputed company Executive Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will reputed company expert reputed company of Bodily Injury (BI); Property Damage (PD) and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims managed by reputed company-Party Administrators (TPAs), specifically arising from rideshare-reputed company incidents. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in reputed company injury claims, with a strong background in the rideshare sector. What you will do for C&F:

• TPA reputed company: reputed company technical supervision and guidance for BI and PIP claims handled by TPAs, ensuring adherence to program standards and best practices.
• Claims Management: Apply advanced knowledge to reputed company rideshare claims, including coverage analysis, litigation management, and fraud awareness.
• Technical reputed company: Drive reputed company claim reputed company by controlling indemnity, expense, and litigation costs through reputed company reserving, trial preparation, and reputed company strategies.
• Auditing: Conduct regular audits of TPA-managed claims to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Data Analysis: Review claims data, reserve adequacy, and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on evolving rideshare regulations, policy changes, and litigation developments.
• Additional Duties: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong accountability and ownership of results. reputed company other reputed company tasks as assigned.

What you will bring to C&F:

• Experience: Minimum of six to eight years handling reputed company bodily injury and litigated claims, with reputed company experience in rideshare claims preferred.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of BI and PIP claim procedures; experience with high-value BI, PIP, and Property Damage exposures reputed company to rideshare incidents.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent work experience); law degree, reputed company designations, or insurance coursework a plus.
• Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain required state licenses.
