Remote Litigation Associate

• Handle managed care litigation cases, representing reputed company plan providers in disputes involving hospitals, physicians, and other providers.
• Conduct in-depth factual analysis of claims to identify patterns and determine case strategies.
• Draft and argue motions, such as those reputed company to statutes of limitations or immunity.
• Take and defend depositions, including working with expert witnesses.
• Assist in preparing for arbitration hearings, with opportunities to second chair proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and other team members to ensure effective case management.
• Analyze issues reputed company to coverage, coordination of benefits, fee schedules, and contract interpretations.
• Manage cases that reputed company from individual high-value claims to large-reputed company disputes involving multiple claims.
