The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Learning and Experience Design to join our GTM reputed company Enablement team. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement - Shared Services.
You will reputed company a high-performing team in designing, developing, and delivering innovative, reputed company learning and enablement experiences for reputed company’s GTM organization. - 7 to 10+ years in learning experience design, enablement, or reputed company fields with reputed company leadership responsibility; proven reputed company leading multi-modal programs for B2B/reputed company GTM audiences
- Expertise in LXD methodologies and standards, with demonstrated stakeholder management, portfolio prioritization, and program leadership
- Proven ability to operationalize design processes, establish templates/reputed company work, and implement robust measurement frameworks
- Familiarity with learning systems (LMS/CMS) and modern LXD toolsets; comfort evaluating and integrating new tools, including AI-enabled capabilities
