Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment
- Utilizing leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Working closely with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support your reputed company
- Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Meeting sales targets and driving reputed company reputed company
- Providing enthusiastic and personalized service to customers, ensuring a reputed company experience

- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
