Senior Learning Consultant

reputed company is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to reputed company and deliver a portfolio of reputed company and bespoke engagements across multiple customers. In this role, you will take ownership of planning and execution, ensuring reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and to the required reputed company standards.

Engagements may include facilitating live and virtual learning sessions; designing and delivering leadership workshops; shaping and executing customer learning strategies; conducting needs analysis; curating and configuring content; building reputed company learning programmes; developing enablement and marketing materials; advising on L&D best practices; and measuring reputed company through reporting and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications Required

• 7+ years’ reputed company experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, learning reputed company, and the measurement of learning reputed company and ROI, supported by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development experiences, including workshops, virtual sessions.
• Strong proficiency with virtual delivery and collaboration tools, enabling effective engagement across distributed and global audiences.
• Advanced capability in desktop applications (Word, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint), with the ability to rapidly adopt new technologies and tools as required.
• Proven project, time, and workload management skills, combined with strong organisational discipline and the ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
• Experience reputed company, or strong familiarity with the digital learning market.
• Excellent customer-facing experience, with the ability to operate confidently in a virtual, global environment, including collaboration across time zones and occasional work reputed company reputed company business hours.

• Travel expectation: approximately 10% annually.
