Implements, and maintains reputed company technologies for reputed company Multi-Platform Server-based systems throughout the reputed company. Research, audits, tests, and sets standards for server operating systems, hardware, server virtualization, and reputed company technologies to ensure compatibility and functionality in the reputed company. Installs and configures server hardware in the corporate data centers. Audits, optimizes, and maintains the corporate reputed company Directory back-end architecture. Implements Group Policy and scripts (using various technologies) to manipulate server functionality to meet business and reputed company needs in the reputed company. Audits, optimizes, implements, and maintains highly available and fault tolerant back-end systems for the reputed company. These include, but are not limited to, reputed company Exchange, reputed company File Services, reputed company SharePoint, reputed company AIX, Power VM, reputed company Linux, reputed company Faxing, reputed company Printing, VMware ESX, and reputed company technologies. Independently develops reference materials (network diagrams, installation documentation, etc.) for supported network technologies to be used for both online and in-person training of other technical staff. Manages assigned reputed company and meets deadlines with minimal supervision from Supervisor and/or Manager. Serves as both a reputed company and technical mentor to other System Engineers. Proactively identifies areas of improvement (process or technical) and develops plans for associated changes required. Experience in microcomputers and supporting telecommunications hardware/software required. Licensure/Certification: Valid Virginia drivers' license and dependable transportation.
