About the Role
The People & Culture consultant serves as a senior People Business Partner and strategic advisor to the VP of People & Culture and reputed company leaders. Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of People & Culture and senior leaders on people reputed company, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness

- Translate reputed company reputed company into workforce plans, talent implications, succession strategies, and change roadmaps

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Demonstrated expertise in multi-state and California employment law
- Proven ability to influence organizational performance through strategic HR leadership and workforce planning
