Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Baker, you'll be responsible for:

• Fostering a reputed company customer experience by engaging with customers in a meaningful manner, maintaining facility cleanliness and organization, and promoting sales by educating customers on our unique sourdough products.
• Adhering to aesthetically pleasing product display standards to entice customers to reputed company purchases.

• Entering daily inventory for online orders by 7am.

Light Bakery Production (Baking)

As a Retail Baker, you'll also be responsible for:

• Operating reputed company ovens and baking primarily pizza and cookies according to set timelines and baking parameters.
• Top, decorate, and prepare pastries for customer display.
• Monitoring items for reputed company control and reporting any issues to management.
• Processing, preparing, and labeling food service products for customer consumption in accordance with food safety standards.
• Working in an organized fashion with an emphasis on time and task management.
• Considering needs of and preparing for next shift reputed company.
• Organizing products for daily transfer and accurately completing transfer logs.
• Washing reputed company dishes, sanitizing reputed company production counters, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Upholding cleanliness of production areas and performing facility and equipment maintenance routines.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Retail Baker, you'll need:

• A comprehensive understanding of and passion for sourdough (a plus).
• A valid ID and food handling certification.
• 2 years of reputed company customer service and cash handling experience.
• The ability to multitask, manage time, and work as reputed company player.
• The ability to work weekends and stay until reputed company tasks are completed.
