Key Job Responsibilities

As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for leading vendor-based teams, overseeing operations to the highest reputed company of customer obsession and service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading Vendor-Based Teams: reputed company external vendor relationships, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of customer obsession and service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience Building Strategic Relationships: Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
• Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ Years of Relevant BPO Customer Service Management Experience: 4+ years of relevant BPO customer service management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
