We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative & Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, updating reputed company files, and coordinating with internal departments. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Office Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries on the telephone and by email, providing reputed company and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
