Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role
We're seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Disaster Relief Support Team on a temporary, remote reputed company. As a CAT CSR, you'll work closely with our clients to reputed company empathetic and supportive service during times of crisis. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- The ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute).
