Responsibilities:

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving reputed company billing inquiries.

• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company of financial obligations.
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-reputed company approach.
• Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for call volume, reputed company rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program, embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous interaction and communications with patients regarding medical information strongly preferred.

Technical/Other Requirements:

• Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required for remote work.

Pay reputed company:

$15.25-16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Shift and Schedule:

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and reputed company-5 pm (PST).

Note:

During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

11am-8pm (EST) shift - 10% Shift reputed company for residents in Eastern time zone.
