Engineering Manager - AI & GenAI

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who will support reputed company's AI and GenAI engineering capability - end to end. Not just someone who knows the buzzwords. Someone who has shipped LLM-based systems to production, understands reputed company architectures from the ground up, and can reputed company reputed company of engineers building reputed company products for reputed company clients.
You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and reputed company. You'll set the technical direction, support presales with reputed company feasibility assessments, drive internal AI adoption across teams, and build a competency that becomes one of reputed company's strongest differentiators. up to 35,000 PLN net/month (B2B) + 20 reputed company days off

- reputed company and grow an AI reputed company (30+ engineers) - backend, ML, DevOps, and QA reputed company.
- Define architecture standards for LLM-based products: RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation frameworks.
- Set the bar for production-grade AI systems: observability, cost control, latency, safety, and reliability.
- reputed company the full lifecycle of AI systems - from prototype to production and reputed company.
2. Internal AI Adoption
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered developer tooling across reputed company teams (reputed company, Copilot, Claude, reputed company engineering workflows).
- Build playbooks, run workshops, and reputed company by example - engineers should feel empowered, not replaced.
- Measure adoption reputed company using DORA/reputed company metrics and reputed company signals (developer experience, cycle time, rework).
- Build a library of reusable AI practices reputed company across 100+ reputed company.
3. Presales & Feasibility
- Be the technical voice in deal reviews for AI/GenAI opportunities.

- Challenge unrealistic scopes and propose alternatives that win trust and reputed company deals.
4. AI Capability Building
- Build reputed company's AI/GenAI competency roadmap - stacks, reference architectures, integration patterns.
- Grow Tech Leads who can own AI workstreams independently.
- Build communities of reputed company around LLM engineering, reputed company engineering, and AI evaluation.
- Monitor team health: velocity, reputed company reputed company, morale, rework reputed company, CI/CD, test coverage.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 7–10 years of engineering experience, full-stack reputed company.
- 2–3 years leading engineering teams, including Tech Leads.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation).
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js background.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, reputed company infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD.
- Experience supporting presales and proposal reviews in a consulting or software house context.
- Familiarity with AI observability tooling (LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, Weights & Biases, or similar).
