Job reputed company We are seeking a high-reputed company Scrum Master/Agile reputed company to join the Pulte Financial Services (PFS) IT department and help advance how the organization operates, grows, and delivers digital solutions and value to the organization. This role directly manages and develops the Scrum Master team, providing leadership that elevates and strengthens Agile maturity and drives consistent, high-reputed company delivery across reputed company product teams. Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Advanced Certifications (A-CSM, PSM II, CSP-SM, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) preferred.

• 5+ years of Scrum/Agile experience with excellent working knowledge of agile frameworks, ceremonies, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• 5+ years of agile coaching experience, leading, training, facilitating teams.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver quantifiable business value required; experience in financial services preferred.
• Demonstrated prior experience as a people leader, including reputed company management, coaching, and development of team members. Proven ability to reputed company, motivate, and build high-performing teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport, reputed company findings, and explain tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical audiences alike.
