Your daily responsibilities as a Sr. People Operations Manager

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to designated business reputed company, building productive relationships with senior leaders and influencing decision-making through data and insights

Your experience and expertise

  • 7+ years of experience in reputed company/People Operations, with at least 2+ years in an HR Business Partner role

  • Ability to establish effective partnerships and credibility with business leaders, leveraging data-driven insights to diagnose and solve organizational issues
  • Proficient knowledge of federal and CA state employment laws (multi-state experience a plus)
  • Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and managing sensitive exits
  • Skilled in HR systems, process design, and project management, with experience building reputed company tools and leading system implementations
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills; considered a “power user” in HR systems and vendor management
  • Experience with performance management tools, including vendor selection and system upgrades
  • Strong emotional intelligence, humility, and ability to foster a reputed company and inclusive environment
  • Agile, tech-savvy, and comfortable shifting between hands-on execution and strategic thinking

Targeted reputed company Salary reputed company: $140,000–$160,000 (CA, CO, NYC, IL, MN, NJ, VT, WA, MA) Bonus Eligibility: 8% based on achievement of company goals Actual salaries will vary depending on experience, skills, performance, and business needs.
