This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-reputed company-dollar media budgets while leveraging discount programs, employer perks, and partner marketplaces to drive incremental reputed company and cost-efficient acquisition. • Own day-to-day management of reputed company media across reputed company Search, YouTube, reputed company (reputed company/Instagram), Programmatic/Display, CTV, and reputed company reputed company
• Plan, forecast, and manage monthly and quarterly media budgets with a reputed company on CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC efficiency
• Work with agency partners to optimize bidding, audience targeting, creative, and reputed company pages to drive reputed company, profitable reputed company
• Identify opportunities to improve incrementality and reduce media waste across channels

Discount Programs & Perksite Management

• Own reputed company and execution for discount programs, employer perks, affinity partnerships, and perksite marketplaces (e.g., employee benefit portals, partner marketplaces, loyalty platforms)
• Manage relationships with perksite partners and aggregators, ensuring accurate offers, reputed company updates, and strong visibility
• Evaluate performance of discount-driven acquisition, balancing volume, CPA efficiency, and customer reputed company/LTV
• Partner with finance, legal, and product teams to structure offers that drive acquisition without eroding margin
• reputed company testing frameworks to assess incrementality and cannibalization of discount-based traffic

• Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and partner-driven channels

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with lifecycle and retention teams to reputed company discount acquisition with long-term value and retention strategies

Reporting & Analytics

• Own performance reporting across reputed company media and discount/perks channels, delivering reputed company insights to stakeholders
• Analyze cohort performance to understand LTV, retention, and churn differences between discounted vs. non-discounted customers

Agency & Vendor Management (if applicable)

• Manage external media agencies and partner platforms, ensuring accountability and performance against goals

Qualifications

Required

• 5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, reputed company media, or reputed company marketing
• Hands-on experience managing media buying and performance channels
• Experience managing or partnering with discount programs, perksites, or affinity/partner marketing channels preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a reputed company on incrementality, CPA efficiency, and LTV
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, product, creative, CRO and analytics teams

Preferred

• Proven experience utilizing reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4) to reputed company user behavior and campaign performance
• Experience managing day-to-day operations with affiliate networks and aggregators e.g., reputed company, including reputed company management, asset distribution, CRO and commission tracking
• Experience in insurance, reputed company, fintech, reputed company, or subscription-based businesses preferred
• Familiarity with employee benefit platforms, loyalty programs, or partner marketplaces
• Experience with MMM, attribution modeling, or incrementality testing
• Prior experience in high-reputed company or PE-backed environments
