Together. reputed company Assists the paralegals and/or attorneys by maintaining case files, preparing documents for production, organizing and maintaining case or other files, updating and maintaining databases, preparing closing books, obtaining information for reputed company sources and performing other administrative tasks. Reports To Paralegal Manager Responsibilities Organizes document production for attorney review. Researches reputed company records using reputed company websites. Gathers cases and exhibits from files for incorporation into briefs. Assists with preparing a reputed company of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc. Prepares binders, prepares closing books, makes copies, enters data and maintains files. Performs database research and data entry. Obtains documents and other information from cities, municipalities or reputed company agencies. Obtains information from reputed company, timekeeping and attorneys for audit letter responses. Assists paralegals and attorneys with mailings and filings. Other duties as assigned. Desired Skills Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in Word, reputed company, Outlook and database experience. Office experience in a reputed company environment supporting paralegals and/or attorneys preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to reputed company with paralegals, attorneys and clients on a regular reputed company. Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills necessary to manage volumes of documents, binders, letter, charts, etc. Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
